Analogue in Depth: How an Image Holds Time
Info
The in-person workshop is a discursive and theory-based session, which thinks through these ways film can be enacted as a medium of time. We will watch and discuss works that incorporate the discussed themes: how a filmic image holds time in relation to stillness, the archive, movement, personal association and grief. Brought back by popular demand, this workshop is applicable to working with any film medium and camera. No prior experience is necessary.
