A Film Without Images

Info

In this film without images workshop, we will explore and practice the storytelling possibilities that are given by sound, now with with sound designer/composer guest to be announced! After listening to examples of works made without images, we will review basic audio recording and editing skills. This workshop is a beginning point from which you can expand your practice with sound.

Important: Participants will need to bring their own laptops and headphones with them. This is a sound-based workshop without subtitles.

This workshop is run by Sandra Jean Pierre as part of her curatorial project marasa.co - exploring sound possibilities in arts and research contexts.

This workshop is suitable for beginners; no previous experience with sound is necessary.
